Name: Veronica Dopson B.A.Hons Fine Art/Painting. F.P.& A.A. Dip.

I have always been interested in art and was tutored by a lovely old chap who went by the name of Valentine.

 Although I tried to paint as often as I could whilst raising my children and working , life took over as it does.

Later at the ripe old age of 60  I decided to take a fine art/painting degree at Northampton University which i proudly passed with flying colours. Since then my interest has gone from strength to strength. Now I am retired I have more time to concentrate on my passion. I like nothing better than to disappear into my studio and paint to the strains of Classic FM.

       I favour realistic representation with a contemporary focus. I especially enjoy Still Lifes and portraits but am able  to cope with all subjects.

       I am a member of F.P.A.A. and K.D.A.S. and exhibit at Wellingborough Museum and other various venues.
